You'll find you can go much faster if you get your upper body to the inside of the turn. Your helmet should be like you're looking through your inside mirror...and the mirrors should be taken off and left in the pits.

Agreed, he's got his butt off the seat, but he doing everything he can to stay on top and upright. Lean forward and into the turn, you won't fall off. This actually allows the bike to remain more upright through the turn, resulting in higher grip. Higher grip=higher corner speed.

HEy, I know the issues I ride with. Mentally I have a lean angle stop so I become a backmarker. I practice to be better. But slower keeps me safe on the public roads/.

still had Fun and yes I got better after those pics were taken due to "comments about my posture.....Sometimes you forget how to ride if you commute too much in rental cars.

Was also working to sort out the suspension , rear shock is toast and I was chattering the front some.

Just having fun and looking to upgrade the rear shock to pivot the bike better to the front to plant the tire in the turns.

dragging a knee at the track is doable but never on the street.

Did you get the Penske shock yet?

P.S. Lowell is consistant, cautious and smooth like butter in the Malibu canyons.

AKA slow backmarker with the cell phone to call the tow for the squid ahead.

I may get the rebuilt 600fi for half the price
