Put my 01 Into the garage until I could work on it sometime. Needs chains, sprockets. Carb cleaning and valve clearance. But hadn't worked on it in case my car had troubles after just getting it. (Just got forced to do a coolant flush after a hose busted) so I pulled the bike out after sitting 2 weeks so I could get to work. Was a little rough to start and black smoke puffed out for a few minutes. It seemed to stop after Iwent the corner and filled up some gas. And after getting to work I couldn't get it started again. Battery died. I don't suspect much of the battery after letting it sit two weeks. But dying after a 15 minute ride? Mostly worried about the black smoke. Anything to worry about or look for? Only aftermarket mod is D&D exhaust for now that I know of.
