Rider Pulled Over By Unmarked Tahoe

Saw this yesterday morning on the way in to work. Real nice sportbike parked on the side of the interstate, a white plain wrapper Tahoe behind it. Didn't see a rider but I saw the wrecker pulling up to haul the bike off. Scary. Kinda looked like the bike was being impounded. I'm told that in Knoxville, get popped for pulling a wheely and the bike will be impounded. $5000 to get it out. If true really scary. Be careful out there!

You should list you location in your avitar. It could have been a stolen/abandoned bike.

I've been riding on the street since the 70's and have never pulled a wheely there, nor do I intend to. This story doesn't scare me in the least.

Jerry, not to question your sherlock homes abilities, but you saw a bike and kinda "extrapolated" the rest of the story.

I wouldnt be too scared. Pretty much a million stories couldve led up to what you saw.

Now if you start seeing bikes zapped by death rays from the sky, start shaking.

I've never seen it personally.
Wonder how fast gets you and your bike a lift here in TN? This caught my attention in particular because the last time I had something sporty (in 2001, 1999 CBR900RR) it cost a couple years and $$$$ to get speed/wheely related mishap straight. That was bad, more so was my personal punishment....cruisers and tourers for 12 years. Don't want to go there again.
