Starter relay??? Try ebay.

 

Oops...forgot to say blinker relay haha my bad.

 

Honda calls it a relay. I guess it technically is, but most folks call it a flasher. Part number is 38301-KK9-952, and you're right, it's a little pricey at ~$35. You could always try ebay. This flasher (relay) is pretty common to many models, including the F3 and the XX.

 

I tried ebay, but couldn't really bring anything up. I tried typing in relay and then I tried flasher today, and changing it didn't really help me any. I hate ebay, haha. So I just call Honda and ask for a blinker relay, I guess? My bike has so many electrical problems.
