Rear Seat Cowl Question

So I want to put a rear seat cowl on my bike... I see you can order a red one fro honda for about 80 bucks... Does it just slip over the seat? Or will i need some sort of installation hardware?

You slip it on your seat and then it is held in when you install the seat on the bike

Good prices. Though the price that I found on the rear cowl is $81.74. Maybe $60. was for ones that they had in stock because now the cowl is on backorder till 3/19. Still nice to have another source for OEM parts.
I will say that Hollister Honda has them matched on price, give or take a bit. They take a little longer to ship, but so far my experience with Hollister has been excellent. Thanks 8541Hawk for turning me on to Hollister.
