plug wires

Are there any performance plug wires for the hawk. Have searched but have not found any answers. I am going to replace the wires soon thats why i ask. Thanks

The only real advantage of performance plug wires is possibly better insulation. It won't make you go faster. But with what OEM parts cost, it wouldn't hurt.

Sorry, I don't know of any. Try Lockhart Phillips, Cycle Gear and some of the other online sources.

Oh, and aftermarket wires sometimes don't fit well, even on cars.

You can order the wire and boots from Magnacor and build them yourself. Or send them an OE set and they will make them for you. You won't get a set better than Magnacor.

I called the local stealer for stock wires and they said I needed to buy a whole new coil because the plug wire is not removable. Is this true cause if so then thats $120 for both wires and new coils....Yikes!!!!

they normally screw into the coils. It's not a traditional automotive style that plugs in.
