OK OK, I won't ride today
Boy I hate winter. Woke to a nice shiny layer of ice over everything. The road, sidewalks, etc.
The temp was 32 and supposed to rise to 43. I was sure the main roads were better but I dont think they salted so just couldnt trust it.
OK, so discretion IS the better part of valor. I drove. (ugg).

Man it was sunny and 75 here in SoCal. I don't know how you guys do the whole snow and freezing weather thing. I'm bummed when it gets below 70 or it rains(which is really just drizzling, and even then it hardly ever rains) hope the ice melts soon!

Just had the best day here in OZ,
Bummer have to work tomorrow but will ride to work.
It's a 90 mile round trip and temp predicted to be roughly 85-90 F.
Rev up on the way and wind down on the trip back.
Good times all round.

This past summer hit 104F and was 120F in the midtown tunnel. What a year of extremes. I grew up in Buffalo riding 3 wheelers on snow and ice so this all feels natural to me.(sorta).
