Whats goin on people. I just got my 02 bird a couple of weeks ago and friggin love it... Bought it to commute to work and from what I have read the gas milage is not so hot, but what the hell it will be better than my maxima. Love reading the threads and have gotten some good info from them. Bought the bike from craigslist for $2900 with 10K miles. Some mods, Leo Vince exhaust, K&N filter, Showa rear shock. Havn't riden to hard yet cause i'm wating for my jacket but love what I have experienced so far. Theres a new bird in the nest.....

Welcome. Mileage is in the right wrist. Today I went on a nice little 250 mile morning ride and averaged 43.75 mpg. Not to shabby. I wasn't going up and down Mt. Palomar though, relaxed riding through the New England countryside with an occasional 10 mile fast twisty spurt here and there.
