Congrats on your recent purchase and welcome! I too just bought my Super Chicken a few months ago and haven't been disappointed with it since. Great bike, at a steal of a price. Get out and ride!!!

 

Did you get the insurance squared away, they registered my vin wrong at the DMV, had a similair issue with my insurance company, finally got it squared away a year after purchasing the Hawk!!!!!!!!!

 

Yeah, my insurance is all set. All I am waiting for is to get a tag for it now. It has an out of state tag, Oklahoma. The big thing in our inky dinky town is going to Oklahoma to get tags for a vehicle. Some say it is cheaper than Kansas tags. My parents, who lived a good while in both, claim it is not. Long story short, the popo's like to look for excuses to pull OK taggers over. So I am playing it safe and waiting to ride till I get my tags.

Ah ok, in that case I still have the stock brakes. Kind of a bummer but no biggy.
