Easy peasy if you don't have to clean out a ground up piston. New pistons/ rings/ gaskets and wrist pin clips. Balance is the same. You may want to have the bore checked first before you buy anything, just to make sure it's viable. And while it's open maybe new bearings. Rod bolts are stretch type.
