The only thing you need to be aware of is that they are for 45mm forks. I looked into these a while back and noticed the seller also had a set of CBR900RR forks listed for the VTR1000F (obvioulsy a modded bike). I e-mailed him to enquire and suggested he change the ad for clarity but was quickly brushed off. That is what you get for trying to be helpful....

And this is PRECISELY what I was trying to prevent by writing to the seller (and told him so after his smart-*** reply)..... pisses me off.

ON the positive side, you can likely pick up some tubes for them fairly cheap and have yourself an upgraded front end (for minimum cost one you unload your present forks)....

IF the triples are for a pre-98 CBR900RR then all you need are clip-ons and you're in business. If the triples are for a 98-99 CBR900RR, the fork tubes are 10mm farther apart, which means 5mm spacers for the calipers (if you use pre-98 tubes of course) ....

you may need a fender too, not sure if the stock one fits. If so, I suggest doing as the article states and getting the Triumph fender (as the CBR unit is horrid)....

inderocker is an unknown quantity at this point
I've delt with that seller before.. bought some VTR parts that turned out to be for a 900RR. The seller knows squat about motorcycle parts and the bikes they belong to.

I used to run an ebay business for a while. the bottom line is that the part was described incorrectly. If you used paypal you should have no problem at all getting your money back through a dispute, though you'll probably have to ship them back. Paypal will always take the side of the buyer/victim.
