I'm looking at mid may for a trip to the Tail of the Dragon. A few friends want to trailer down for 2-3 nights and run the local roads. Anyone in the area want to meet up and be a guide??
I know this belongs in the group rides and I will move it there eventually. Not much traffic in there so I figured I'd start it here.

 

I would like to go if work allows (currently 7 days a week) im about 5hrs out from the dragon in Clarksville.

 

Hello guys, keep me posted. Im in NC already and a few friends of mine that have never ridden in Deals Gap want to go this year. Im 4hrs away from it. Mid May sounds great. We were thinking of spending a couple nights in Cherokee and doing some gambling after the rides also.

Bunch of us are heading down from Ontario , this will be our 10th year !!
we are leaving Friday May 17th and staying up in Tellico Plains .. one of the guys bought a place down there 5 years ago , 20 min from Cherohala !
it's a 14hour drive with truck & trailer .. So, come Saturday the Hoodlums & I will be out terrorizing the County .. Ha !
I'll be on ridin a Red 98, Eh ! .. with a "Firestorm" sticky slapped on the tank !

 

I'm in Greensboro nc about 4 hours away my sounds fun wanted to go again I'm in as long as I can get the time off

 

So I'm shooting for May 12,13,14. Drive down sunday a.m. and come home tuesday afternoon. If there is rain in the forecast, I have no problems postponing till the following sun-tues. If this can work for any of you guys, let's make it happen!

 

Can anyone make these dates? Weather permitting, I'm there. If it's a wash, I'll go the following sun-wed.
