Where is that? I grew up in Aurora but haven't been there in years.

Also what kind of gearing do you have?

Like the others said, thanks for having the gear on. At least someone is repping for stunters in a positive way.

Someone else asked, stock gearing? Pulling those in 1st or 2nd?

I love the sound. It's a low gutteral growl, like you imagine a Lion would do. The 4cyls sound like screeching hyenas in comparison.

Great progress, keep at it, looks like it's getting a lot easier for you.

Erik

P.S. like the others said, tell your friend to gear up if he's gonna ride near you.

Not sure what your back ground is but here are a couple of quick tips from a fellow stunt attepmter. Your starting off to slow. I started by doing wheelies at maybe 25 mph and working my way back to the balance point. Then i started slowing them down and definetly covering the brake with my foot. I think ive gotten them down to about 15 mph safely at or near 12 without feeling tippy. Your gonna wanna turn up your idle to as this makes it easier. Im sure one of your friends has told you, your rear brake is your best friend. I no hand wheelie my quad around and use the rear brake only.

If you don't mind me asking where did you get the 12 bar and cage. I looked online and didn't see it for the VTR.

stock gears 1st gear

tier psi around 13psi

the exhaust is stock with the end caps taken off and all the inside guts removed then welded back on (with a slide hammer it was very ez)

i builted the 12bar

and thats the 905 stunt cage

wheelies above 25mph are ez i am going slow as i dont want to rip my subframe off if i had a biger road to work with i would work on holding my wheelies longer but i only got 300yd to work with and at 25 mph it goes fast. thanks for the tips thoe im the best wheelier out of my group so they have no pointers for me.

and i did get my buddy to put his helment on he thinks hes god since he went over backwards at 80-100 with no gear but gloves and got a lil rash i tll him hes just lucky peopel die evey day going a lot slower than that

lower your rear psi to around 10psi. Just do it for a day and try it. see if you know the difference.

Looks like its working good for ya codfish.

Keep it up.

BTW you weren't clutching at all in those right? Just weight. I still have not felt comfortable having my left foot on the rear left peg and the right one covering the rear brake. I need to practice more and quit being a puss LOL.

Great stuff. One can easily see over the course of the videos that your technique is improving - it's coming up more easily and you're landing it more gently each time.

Can you post a couple of close-ups of the way the crash bars mount? Perhaps one from each side?

Do they interfere with the controls at all?

Keep it up!
