If I had been wearing one under my Joe Rocket Phoenix 3 jacket when I went down last May, my spleen would not have gotten bruised by the one way sign that I was pushed into..
But I also would have been hotter than I already was in my Jacket.

No I wear it outside my jacket. some like to wear it inside but i figure it look better outside and plus if i do fall i rather have minimum damage to the jacket. I got this for free from my brother since he sold his R1. I have a jumpsuit that is not made for intense riding but it have knee and elbow pad which goes really well with the vest. I wear the jumpsuit on heat day since it thin material than my Icon jacket
