Had to share this bike with everyone. Next time I get a bike I'm putting an exhaust on it and leaving it alone...There is just no end to this. Anyone care to venture a guess as to how much this thing cost to build?

While you're drooling be sure to click the link to durbahn's website for some of sickest sportbikes you've ever seen.

Yeah, well he obviously went a little overboard with this one. It doesn't even look like an RC51 anymore with out the side mounted rads. Though I'll admit, Thorsten does some very nice work. To fly him from Germany to the States to have him assemble the bike though???? Yeah, just a LITTLE overboard. If I were to venture a guess, I'd say at least $30000 in parts. Why no Ohlins FG670s though? May as well, ya know? What's another $8k.

THe ZX-7 located here? http://www.ema-usa.com/bow/bike_of_w...6_border.shtml that thing is pretty cool, but the flat paints not working, it needs some colour, maybe a tinted laser red. Or copper orange. Thats a Borderline Cycles project, I used to live near his shop in BC.

He does some amazing work, check out www.borderlinecustomcycle.com if you want to see some out of control custom work.
