Well as far as I'm concerned summer has officially arrived here in Az. Earlier this week it was 110 out and after a couple days of not checking on the bike I went out and the asphault got soft from the heat causing the kickstand to sink into the asphault so much the bike was almost lying on it's side. Luckily we had some scrap titanium plate at work that I could put under the kickstand to keep this from happening. I was hoping it wouldn't get this hot for at least another month

We'll see how long it takes for some douchebag to steal my kickstand plate this year. So far every year some idiot thinks it's funny to steal the metal or wood or whatever people put under their kickstands in the summer.

We should make something that clips onto the kickstand and folds sideways out of they way when up.. hmm
