Well after hand surgery and the hawk sitting for the last six months, it was finally time to get back on the bike. After a new battery it started right up. It was a balmy 62 here in Milwaukee. So after about 20 minutes of warming it up, pacing and driving around the parking lot, I hit the road and hoped for the best. As usual I worried about the weird noises it makes and if the electrics had survived the winter but so far so good. It's good to be back!
