Idaho Riders

Any SH owners in the Boise area? I am in Eagle. I would like to get together for some long weekend rides.

Let me know.

I've got a hawk down in Mountain Home. Feel free to shoot me a text or call me sometime! I'm currently working on mine and waiting for some fairings to come back from paint so I won't be able to ride until maybe sometime this weekend. Let me know! I'll pm you my number.

I'm looking to possibly move to Boise here in the next few months. Not quite sure when yet but possibly by Q3 this year.

Sweet! If you do let me know. I'd love to see your bike in person.

LOL! The previous owner was a tool so I've been working on getting it all back to par. It's got a little ways to go but it's getting there. Got some new used fairings on it last night that are in pretty good shape to get the trimmed ones off of it. Now I need to shorten the mufflers to get rid of the road rash on them, just hope they don't get to much louder, and hopefully move them up for high pipes. And a few other little tweeks here and there.

I may be in Boise the 13-16th with my buddy but I'm not sure if we're going to ride or drive yet. He was thinking of riding but we went on a 300+ mile ride the other day both 2 up and he was pretty sore when we got back so he's second guessing that thought. I told him it wouldn't be so bad riding by himself but I'm just not sure if he's going to go for it or not. It's like a 500+ mile one way ride.

Our bikes aren't really tuned for a long distance ride like that anyway. We don't have the gas mileage to do that sort of thing I thought.

Well I'd have to stop about 5 times for fuel. He'd have to stop about every other time I did to fill up his XX. But it can be done.
