Recently rolled over 100,000 km, or about 62,000 miles and all is well (runs as well as it ever has... although it is in the shop awaiting a freshening up with new heads, Yosh cams,... damn back ordered case gaskets holding everything up!!!!)

Mine's still a youngster with 7500 miles, 2002 model picked up 3/05 with only 56 miles on her.

Put a little over 30 thou on it in about 3 years. It has been loads of fun. Hope my insurance company never finds out what I'm doing with this thing!

a 98 with 15k miles. i've had it for 3 years. got it with 8k on it. i've got a short commute!

was thinking that we should have a counter on the left under our screen names that has our bike's total miles similar to our total number of posts. maybe the system could keep a running grand total of the miles by all the members of our group combined.

50,662 as of today. Bought it with a little over 40,000 last year in July. Still running like a champ.

My '00 just turned 9,000mi. I bought it in '02 with 1200 on it. Gotta love New England's extra long riding season.

Heya, filter69. I have some deep ties to your part of the country. Welcome. That sounds like a really cool bike. Your riding season is a little shorter than some of the other guys but still - it is a cream puff. Enjoy!

There's lots of slabs out there because it's so flat. That's the way it is in Central Texas too.

The river valleys and country roads that run along the rivers are a blast. You'll have to trailer up some cold February and come ride with us. Forties and fifties would feel like a summer blast for you about then!

I'll bet the Corn Palace is in full swing this time of the year!

Superbling 98 model: 35,000 miles before it sold (replaced waterpump, clutch, and r/r besides usual stuff)

Caffeine racer has the USA (and possibly world) record that I know of: 100+ thousand miles of canyon riding he proudly points out and so would I.

I've put about 10,000 kms on in the last 4 months since I got which brings me to 43000. I don't think that's too bad for a '97

21K on my 02. Bought it in 05 with 2K on it. Nothing but tires, a chain and sprockets and springs.

Addendum: Just started hearing some intermittent ticking up front. CCT paranoia or not, She's parked and APEs should be here on Monday.

Add-addendm: Valves checked and were fine, APEs installed and back on the road. The front valve cover and CCT are both a bitch to work with, but do-able.
