Hello
Hello. My name is Steve. I'm a new member. Wanted to introduce myself. I've had my 2000 Hawk for about 3 weeks now. Finally got to ride it for the first time on Tuesday. It spent some time in the shop, dealer I bought it from failed to disclose some things. Long story. Anyway, I love this bike. Still need to jet the carbs to get it running properly, but still, wow! Never owned a twin before. Even with some flat spots, it pulls hard. Looking forward to swapping info and stories. Soon as I figure out how to add photos, I'll put some up.

Welcome Steve. Make sure you get someone really good with carbs. you should not have flat spots. I ride mine at the track and it pulls hard all the way. I don't start to flatten until I'm at about 140.
