haven't checked in for a while

little over a year ago the VA got me into some re-training for IT. 13 weeks of intense training, 7 weeks internship and I landed a job before I finished. Since then I've been taking classes in internet security, Linux and networking. The results have been amazing but I've not been out on the bike as much as I'd like. So I thought I'd look in now that things are finally getting down to a manageable pace. The weather is fine here in the Bay area so I'm getting some rides in again. Missed all the scuttlebutt here.

Hey J glade to see you back. Thought the Bay area had made you soft, and traded the Hawk for a rocking chair. You could of changed your wording to 'rock hard and leave an ugly corpse

Good on you for your IT training. I can barely find the on\off button on my computer. Damn you Commodor 64 !! Now, where did I put that Atari tennis game ?

how's life and weather where you are? I'm wanting to move from standard acid battery to lithium ion, any experience with this? I hate the weight of an wet cell battery. Suggestions?
