Finally replaced my cam chain tensioners!
98 with 49k miles. Bought it with 46k last year.
It feels like a brand new bike! Rear exhaust cam had jumped a tooth and found 2 really bad intake leaks. I found this thread to be very helpful for anyone that hasn't replaced theirs yet. www.vtr1000.org ? View topic - Manual Cam Chain Tensioner Installation Guide (MCCT's)
Next on the list is 1 kg/mm front springs...
