Fair Price on 2003 with 10k miles?

Blue, new rear tire, aftermarket exhaust, minor damage to rear panel paint.

No mention of CCT or regulator being upgraded though.

No way to judge from your description. You really have to look at a bike in person to see all the stuff you need to see when purchasing. If we had comprehensive pics, maybe..
