Deals Gap Closed
The road is closed due to a rock slide. No estimate on a re-opening date.
Edit; Let me clarify. After the slide they just blocked the road at the slide. Now the entire Dragon is closed at the Tenn. state line. This will be devastating to all the people that make their living up there.
I know my 2 trips this year are on hold to see how this plays out, but I may still go. I love the entire area and all the great people up there. There are many other great roads and sights to see. Without a ride on the Dragon it will be a bummer though.
