cruise control

Re: cruise control
Not to me. Too much money for what it does. YES, they look absolutely beautifuly but my $19 NEC does the same job, is easier FOR ME to use, and can be transfered to any bike (well, hondas for sure). An yes, it looks crude in comparison.

throttle meister
I actually bought it and got the heavier bar ends. It works pretty good once you get used to figuring out to use it one handed. Ive had it for alittle over a year now and have had no trouble. it took about an hour to install it bc i had never taken the throttle apart or even the handgrips. So even a novice can do this install.

The throttle meister looks great but I decided to go with the Vista-Cruise "throttle lock" (since these items are very far from cruise controll). Took less than an hour to install and works flawlessly. Can't beat the price either, around $30 USD.

I was lookin at one Saturday (wish I woulda bought it cause I left the bike shop on an hour 30 minute mostly highway ride...) It was around 19 bucks and was just a black plastic deal that looked to slide around and between the grip and the throttle "housing" Didnt catch the name of it. I think Ill head back for it though for the money it sure couldnt hurt.

Here's what I use I think it's a nep or vista cruise. Was less than $20 and works great. People get a kick when they see you let go of the bars and strech....at highway speeds and not go back to the bars for a minute or two.
Here's a pic of it.
