Cracked Header?

So I was changing the oil on my bike the other day and I realized that I have a cracked header. Right where the collector splits off to the two exhaust cans. Anyone know if this can be fixed or do I need a new header? Could one of you possibly have one sitting around that I could use to free up some space in your garage??? LOL Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could most likely have it welded. Make sure and get new header gaskets. Also, try to find out why this happened. Too much stress in one area for some reason maybe?

No hits that I know of, it might have been understress during my recent move from St Louis, MO to Phoenix AZ. I gotta wait a few more weeks before I can get it fixed because next week is the dyno drags at my school MMI (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute). Who knows I might find an instructor that wants to show the class how to weld it up!! Any guesses what the SHawk might run. I only have a K&N, baffelectomy, and I have my carbs shimmed. I was kinda hoping to get into the 100-110HP range.

How do you like the baffelectomy, did it need any tuning after?

I really like the Baffelectomy it sounds a lot better than stock and cost me nothing but about and hours worth of time. I can't say for sure if it needed tuning after I did it cause I shimmed my carbs at the same time and also adjusted the TPS and did a carb sync. I ran it on the Dyno at school today and put down 90HP at the rear wheel. Not bad but I know by the time I leave school next year I should be able to jump that up to about 110 with proper tuning and such.
