Whoever did this was very serious about their effort and in that regard deserves kudo's for finishing it.

But, Jaeasus, what a piece of ****!

what is it with people and clowns on things. People, clowns that look scary are not cool. in fact all clowns give me night mares of things like john wayne gasey before he was even known to be a clown. Only sick people are into that ****.

Why cant we paint the easter bunny on the bike and call it a day? lol

Since when does ugly = 10 grand?

I'll never understand why people will take a machine (ie sportbike) that has had years of technological advancement, racing heritage, and millions of dollars in R & D engineering and throw it out the window in an afternoon. Oversize tires and stupidly stretched swingarms turn a perfectly functioning sportbike into a wallowing monstrosity.

Same goes for choppers and cruisers.

Because a lot of those cruisers started out as a wallowing monstrosity...

I think it's more likely that some douchefag has a bunch of money and took it to some gay shop where they charged him 20 grand to have the douchiest bike I've ever seen.

yea...that doesn't float my boat. I've seen a few bikes "tricked out" like the one in the photo, but I keep thinking "wadda wayste uva good Hawk"

Yea, alot of wrench time I suppose, but it looks better as a stock Hawk...
The time and money put into it could have gone towards hundreds of Big Macs and countless Ninja Turtle re-runs...

I'd buy a Pontiac Aztek before I'd buy a bike like that.

Good quality workmanship I can appreciate, and this bike certainly has that. I would like to have seen it focussed elsewhere though.

For the amount of work that this would have taken you could build a VERY nice bike.

Wow. Not my taste (look at my pics) but how often do we get to see our bike built like this. I'm totally impressed that someone cared enough to build a 'hawk like this and am a bit surprised at the reception it got on this thread and the earlier one. Would we like it better with a different if equally flashy paint job (ie. no airbrushing, clown or otherwise)? I guess I'm just being the devils advocate and I admit I wouldn't pay 10K for it, but in different circumstances and a different price... who knows?
