Unless you can find more information on the brand and where they were manufactured, as well as a significant amount of excellent reviews i would stear clear...

I know what its like to be broke, i wasnt able to ride last year because of it and thats the first year since 2006 ihavent ridden... my personal preference, there are 2 things i wont cheap out on, brakes and tires...

And personal experience, i bought a cheap chinese rear rotor off ebay and it did nothing but rust... pads wouldnt grab for ****,new and used.

If you're in BC, I have a full set of OEM pads I can part with. They have roughly 20 000km, and still plenty of material for many more thousands of KMs.
As previously mentioned, those Chinese things don't scream 'trust me' too much. I would rather sit out a season then buy those.

Not a perfect solution, but, better used OEM then those. PM me if interested.

This site looks promising for low cost brake components, but accessible.
Search Results | Sixity.com

Front set of 4 for $33 1998-2005 Honda VTR 1000 F Super Hawk Brakes Ceramic Pads VTR1000F Front | Sixity.com
Rear set of 2 for $10 1998-2005 Honda VTR 1000 F Super Hawk Brakes Kevlar Organic Pads Rear | Sixity.com

This company has been around a while, and has even been discussed here on the SuperHawk Forum:
https://www.superhawkforum.com/forum...ny-good-19140/

So $43 and a little bit more known about their products than the $25 Ebay set.
