Bridgestone T30 vs 023 – Reviews?

PLEASE KEEP THIS A BRIDGESTONE THREAD.

I’ve read a lot of people enjoying the Bridgestone 023s ontheir Superhawk, and some even using the 016 front and 023 rear as a goodcombo.

My questions is: Has anyone used the Bridgestone T30 (newtouring tire that replaced the 023s) on their Superhawk?

The Honda ST Owners forum said the sidewalls on the T30 isstiff, and I’m wondering if they are stiffer than the 023s…

Comments on the new Bridgestones?

That'd be me^^ I have no reason to change anything at this point (except to an USD front end). Extremely happy with this tire combo.

If the guys with the flying pigs say they are stiff, I'm guessing if you spoon a set on a bike that is lighter yet, you will get an even more "stiff" feel. Less pork to make that sidewall flex. Just my .02

The problem is that internet vendors are quickly running out of stock of the 023s... The 016s are being replaced also, with their new "S" lineup (T for touring, S for sport).

Hence I'm looking for reviews on the T30s, as the 023s won't be available much longer.
