bought my old hawk back

I had superhawk for almost 5 years, sold at beginning of summer for $2900.00 to a friend. He got ready to sale it and guy test drove it straight into a fence, didn't make it 10ft. ha. well i bought bike back for $600 but fairings are busted up. guess its time to make a street fighter. want to hide radiator under tail but worried about it running hot. want to do somthing wild but not sure on color. what yall think? the pic is before wreck

You can catch this on youTube all over the place. My fav is the guy that gets on his new $31k Harley and drives it into the side of a car in the parking lot.

Sorry I am just no good for ideas about a naked bike build, but I must say your profile pic is the best naked bike photo I have ever seen of a SuperHawk! Hoo-yeah! That's what I'm talkin' 'bout!

You got a crap deal. You should probably sell it before you lose more money on it. I'll be in Mississippi this summer, I'll save you from your money pit 'cause I'm such a giving person I'll give you $600 for the bike so you can at least break even.

Look at Pappy Smear's build if you haven't yet and do everything he did. That's one of the best looking Hawks I've seen.

Geez that's generous. I don't allow test rides without cash in my fist. Wreck my bike on test ride and I'd be more than happy to help you load up the wreckage and take it home....

There are plenty of awesome cafe naked hawks around. Check out the 2011 VTR of the year thread for some great ideas.

I using display off 2006 cbr1000rr, I haven't figured anything else out yet. I think I want to use "rigid industries" driving light for head light. It has 6 L.E.D. lights and 2600 lum. so it ll be super bright if I ever ride out at night :P
