Adjustable footpegs

Really thinking about them...would be nice to have them lower, and adjustable to boot, unlike the buell mod some have done...

Aw man nice going bandit. Now I want these! They look very trick. I cant think which way I would move my pegs but I'm sure I can think of something. And mad cheap too. Racing rearsets are 4 bills easy.

You should get them. Then write a review on here.

Or, you can choose these, CyclePirates.com - Specializing in Custom Sport Bikes, Parts, and Service
and be able to adjust your pegs within a fairly large range, and choose between several finishes and pegs. Just another option.....
Similar to this.....Mine are currently somewhere between 25 to 30mm lower than stock.

Joe, I've been thinkin bout it...cause your on point, rear sets aren't cheap by any means...

And Upland, I saw those too but these are like half the price...or less cause if i remember correctly you had to buy the mount @$60 or so, then the pegs too for another $?...but they do look nice! Any issues with reaching the shifter lever? Discomfort, things like that? I imagine you hada play around with it..

Not bad for the price. I also went with the Pirates set. Had for about a year & like them.

Hey Moonster, can you stand on them? You know, to like adjust your nutz as your ride? That's my main concern with those ones I posted. Vehicle in motion ******* adjustment LOL

Oh an has anybody found issues with ground clearance while leaned over?? I sometimes scuff my boot tip...I feel that if it were any lower, id scrape the peg; like when you barrow a buddy's hardly and scrape their forward controls in a turn cause your used to riding sport bikes LOL

As far as positioning, it takes some time and adjustment, and everyone is different in terms of what they prefer. I have done some fairly agressive leaning, maybe not as agressive as some, and not had clearance problems. Basically the stock feeler hung down fairly far, and these of course have none. Not to say they could not be dragged, but they do fold as does stock, so I don't worry about it.
And yes, have found to be plenty strong if needed to stand up and bounce up and down if necessary.
The reason I bought them was because of the number of positions available and variety in finishes and pegs, but of course YMMV.
Get what works well for you.

Nice bandit. Good that the forum turned a bling purchase into some kind of humanitarian outreach so you can feel good about it.(ha).

No guilt involved now right. Now if you can just join a big screen tv forum and one for strip clubs. (I have a friend who actually published an NYC strip club guide).

You know for the greater good of the nation.

Yea, i've stood on them with my 198 lbs., not something i feel the need to do often. I've set my slightly up & back approximately 1.5 in.

I converted my KTM950SM dirt bike style pegs to get more clearance as i was dragging peg everywhere. I lock tightened mine and have had zero issues with then going on two years now. They are strong as a stock peg and i regularly stand on them. Mine cost a whole lot more than these and were made by a different company. They are notches on each end so they can be rotated 360 degrees and there were different length arms available to give further adjustment.

Dude those are like exactly the same as the ones I got...But the middle raising bar thing looks beefier...nice man!! Looks like you still scrape peg! That is one of my worries...since its lower...it'll scrape more...
