Any fl help nearby for a newbie?
First of all Id like to say hello and thanks to all with such helpful information on here. I'm a 1st time owner of a 98 superhawk. Im curious to know if there's any members that live close to flagler county, fl? I'm planning on changing my chain and sprockets on my bike very soon as I believe they are oem. But I recently started hearing a knocking sound from around my front sprocket but not sure what it could be. I'm just looking for some help as I'm thinking that if its something other then chain or sprocket related then I should take care of it first. Also planning on changing the cct but to be honest I've seen all the info on here but I don't feel comfortable to take on the task myself and would rather have someone assist me. Any and all help and advice is greatly appeciated as this is my main means of transportation at the time. Thanks a lot in advance, Rony.

Not sure where he is located in Flordia (I think Tampa area?), but Sage has been very helpful to members in the past and seems to know his way around the bike and the CCT install. May want to shoot him a PM.

Yeah, I would like to volunteer saige, knowlegable and he will bring you beer and clean your kitchen floor too. Might even let you borrow his bike while he works on yours. Plus he guarantees all his work for 3 yrs. (sorry saige, amusing myself)

Ahem... I'm also in the Tampa area, and while CV carbs might not be my forte, I did manage to install my Kreiger CCT's w/out needing to adjust my front timing chain afterwards.
Not trying to toot my own horn, but ahh, "Beep Beep."
