45 mm X 1mm stainless steel tubing
Same question.... do you specifically need a 12" long 45mm OD x 43mm ID hunk of tube?
You can get it here http://www.metricmetal.com/products/rn2391.htm

I don't know if they do small orders. Worth contacting though, never know they may have 500lb of drops from another order that will be just what you want...and selling for scrap value.
Likely it'll need to be machined to those specs, form a more commonly available material size.. if those dimensions are required.

My welder is making a couple link. The coupler link was not included in the high mount mid pipes kit from Leo Vince, so I have to find the material for my welder to make the coupler link. My welder has exhausted his usual suppliers.
This company has every thing you need & post over sea's. I have used them before, good products & postage was easy.
Just double check your measurements before you purchase if you need 45mm or 42mm, from memory I used 42mm connector on my VTR.

Parker Steel is a good choice, also Maryland Metrics (but they are less likely to have it) Great Brittan eBay is a good place to find stuff like that if you don't mind paying for the shipping.
When you say coupler link I'm guessing you mean to link the midpipes to the mufflers? I've had two sets of high mounts and one set of low mounts from LeoVince and the midpipes slip right onto & into the mufflers (depending on which style it is), but the low mount mufflers have a different inlet that will not fit the high mount midpipes. I had stated this (with pics) in a previous post on the subject, and I'm wondering since you said you pieced yours together if you didn't get the newer style mufflers with the older style midpipes maybe?
Anyhow when I recently fit a pair of Danmoto conicals to a pair of LeoVince high mount midpipes I simply cut a small piece of stainless pipe off an old pair of damaged Two Brothers midpipes I had laying around to link them together. I expanded each piece EVER so slightly and they fit perfect and linked the mids to the mufflers (with the springs). Wondering if you could do something similar pretty easily (if that's your issue)?

Anyhow I'll just post up here instead of emailing it. First pic is what the LeoVince high mount midpipe outlet looks like. It's a double walled outlet. The second pic is what the matching muffler looks like. It has a male inlet that fits in between the two "layers" of the midpipe outlet, shown in pic 3. Pic 4 (nevermind the shape of the muffler inlet I know it's conical not flat) shows the newer style female inlet that was on the last pair of low mount LeoVince mufflers I sold on here, similar to Hindles or Vance & Hines SS2Rs where the midpipe goes into the muffler. Pic 5 is the Danmoto conical muffler inlet, which is also the same.
Pic 6 shows the small link pipe I made that I cut off an old pair of damaged Two Bros midpipes I had. It needed to be expanded only slightly and slipped into both the two layers of the midpipe (like the male end of the correct muffler is supposed to) and the female inlet on the Danmoto (or the newer style LeoVince muffler), shown in pics 7-10. I actually expanded my pipe by hand with a borrowed tailpipe expander. Really don't recommend this as it's a real PITA, the tool really isn't made to do this easily (broke 2 of the tools doing it by hand) and I only did it because I'm stubborn and the exhaust shop near me said they were too busy to help me that day. Otherwise last time I had them do something similar I just showed up and gave him a 10 and was good to go in 5 minutes with his hydraulic machine. Hope this is somewhat helpful.
