So after the trip up and 6 days of riding, I headed back to the city but blew the motor (the rear cylender) about 2 hours away from home(5hrs riding). I now have to pull the motor to diagnose but am in a jam without a streetbike since it was my main transport. My mechanic buddy thinks it was the manual cct that wasnt adjusted right.

Anyone have any insight into this?

Oh yeah, I will buy a motor if someone is selling.

no prob. it looked like a good deal to me. it's basically brand new. under 6 k miles and all and a couple hour road trip isn't too bad either.

from what i gather he is an individual that bough a SH and apparently the PO didnt disclose the fact that he had a loan on it... so dude is parting it out. and i dont but he got right back to me on ebay with a counter offer on the r/r i bought off of him. it said 30 i offered him 20 and he counter offered 25 shipped and i snatched it right up! haha i hope the "revised" oem r/r is better than the original one. it has fins and stuff on it. we'll see... good luck on that engine though. it looks tip top.
