2013 SuperHawk shirt update thread

Any objection to saving the graphic to make some more shirts of my own latter on down the road? I used to be a musician and I know a few artists (that actually sell and make there money from thier art and have been ripped off before) and am a firm believer in intellectual rights so I don't want to use a graphic without asking first
Again Adam, I appreciate the fact that you took the time to ask. That speaks volumes about who you are as a person. A truck load of positive karma coming your way.

As Jason said, thanks for asking. And as he said: we kind of like the idea of having a special shirt for the forum that you can't get anywhere else. We don't really want to be snobby and he's not trying to create a monopoly on the forum shirts (the profit made on one run of shirts every year or two on a forum with lowish numbers isn't really one of entrepreneurs), but it's kind of cool to have a one-run-and-done special project. Kind of a badge for those who are around at the time.
That being said, I'm not against personal use of the graphics. If you want a couple of shirts for yourself for whatever reason (for instance, you gotta have it on button up flannel), I doubt anyone would ever even know that you made them. As an aside, if there's a big enough demand, I think Jason's done a second order of shirts. Or if you want to use it as a screensaver or print it in oil for your garage. I've saved the graphics and made them available for this reason here:

The superhawk and this forum are a cool niche, so if these start popping up on e-bay somewhere it would kill the fun in the general openness of this place.
If you want to do something commercial, I'd be glad to look at making a different graphic .

Got mine today in the mail. Thanks a lot guys.
Wolverine - Awesome job coordinating the orders and getting them out quickly. I can't even imagine the headache you had doing that.
7moore7 - Great job with the design! Shirt looks really cool and even my wife was impressed by it. Thanks again guys.

Mine got here today too, Thanks a bunch!!
And the design would be used for my own person, not commercially. I was just thinking that I got two engine shirts and maybe I should have gotten one engine and one bike and was thinking about just having a bike shirt printed up for myself
I will hold off though. It was only a thought but I wanted to ask while I was thinking about it while all the people I needed to ask about it were still playing on the forum and not off doing something else on a Goldwing or something Maybe there will be another run this year, or maybe I will just have to wait for next year to have a new design

Aloha All,
Got mine in the mail today. Boy, thoses canoes do travel fast.
Nice, warm feeling being part of the Ohana(family) all the way here
in Hawaii.
Mahalo Jas for all your hard work. 7moore, you too.
In post #17 in your other thread. You estimated 2-3 weeks.
Guess what, even with all the "bumps" in the road you seemed
to have shipped 3 weeks from said date. Awesome job!!!
Mahalo again, and... Ride Well, All.

U suck - I can't believe the SLOW service by U
I will never
j/k - I got mine in 1 day!
Wore it to a Oktoberfest party Saturday (that I don't remember) And apparently, I promised all the ugly females a ride on the VTR - I'm so ashamed

Ha! I tend to get the drunk guys wanting rides that ask if they can hold onto my "handles". You could be a gentleman and give the rides...just pop a wheelie and dump 'em off.

You need to get brother on the forum now that he owns the Hawk.
Glad to hear everyone is satisfied. I'm buttoning up 2 minor errors & sorting what's left. I am giving up on mchurch and liefreeordie89. I don't have the time to spend sending PM's and emails. They've had their chance...
When the dust settles, I'll repost the extras.

I hope everybody appreciates what you and Ian bring to the forum. It's a place that has always felt like the guys over the back fence but we're thousands of miles apart. Here the love of the machine makes us all brothers and family.
This has been the best annual event for the forum the last few years. Everybody comes out - it's the annual celebration of the beast and I thank you both for your dilligence for making that a special event.
My God, I remember when we sold 16 shirts a year.
My shirts came today and they are top-notch. Thanks, again!

I went to Lawrenceville Honda/Yamaha yesterday in my shirt to pick up my valve shims and got several compliments I love the older gentleman behind the parts counter. everytime I'm in there he and I end up talking about bikes of old that aren't made anymore
