I just picked up a new 190/55 BT-016 tire for my VTR. As my PVM rear rim is a 6-incher, it is designed for a 190 anyhow. I had tried a 190/50 in the past and did not care for the way it slowed down the handling mid-corner, something the taller 55 profile should remedy. I`ll keep you folks posted on how it works out (in a few months, of course, as bike is still hibernating through our Canadian quasi-winter)....
