11 ounce battery anyone?

I heard about Speed Cell batteries today. Made for motorcycles and weight in at 11 ounces. Anyone else ever heard of them or run them? I understand they are lithium based batteries. Sounds pretty nifty!

There is a lengthy discussion about them on the Spedzilla site. Look very promising but $$$$$

The guy that makes them is a member over there. I've done a little business with him and I think he's pretty smart.

RCVTR is an unknown quantity at this point
I'm running one in my RC51.

So far, so good. Price is pretty high but price/lb. is hard to beat.

It's all weight to horsepower and these cells are the stuff. Everthing that I've read says it's the goods to go with but they are spendy. Might be interesting to see how they shore up after a couple Texas summers. Yuasa been good to my assa
