Ride height spacer - Who makes em?
Currently located in the Technical Modifications area.

Ace Hardware and Home depot make 'em.
Get some washers that have an inside diameter that fits over the bolt that mounts the shock to the frame. Either lift the whole rear up and put the washers on the bolt, or do this:

Cut the washer to slide over the bold as you lift the rear a little bit. If you look at the frame/rear shock setup, it's pretty easy to figure out where to stick the washers to raise the ride height.

 

Thanks for the reference to additional info. This has the added benefit of some very funny photos. I love the clamp on the vice grips to the pink lawn furniture. I'd like to say I never did anything like that. I'd like to say that...
