That's nice. What caliber is it? I'll bet it would sweet with the Rosewood grips but prob harder to hang on to.

One of my favorites to shoot is the .357 wheel gun

of course it's cheaper and easy to keep on target shooting .38's through it

Model 627, 8-shot .38Special/.357Mag. I actually don't like rubber grips, so wood grips will most likely be installed. My intention is to get into the local ICORE and USPSA matches with this gun, so it will most likely have non-magnum loads through it. I didn't buy it for collectibility, so I could care less if I get range marks in the wood grips. I've shot .44Mags with bear loads from a guy's super blackhawk and much prefer solid grips. Maybe I'm just weird.

Me, too....My carry guns are a CZ P-01 9mm with Meprolight sights and Crimson Trace grips (just installed, still need to zero both of them), as well as a Ruger SP101 DAO with CT grips as well. The revolver is so compact; I can fit in a pocket holster, or my High Noon IWB at the 2 o'clock position. Why argue 'semi-auto vs. revolver' when you can carry both!

I would cry if I had to leave 100 pieces of brass per stage with a semi-auto, so that is only one of the reasons that I want to use a wheelgun for shoots.

If I remember right it weighs 48 oz. so even with hot 357 hand loads it should be pleasant to shoot.

Yeah. Texas is as good as it gets on this issue. Believe it or not, California is pretty good too. Here, if someone is breaking into your house, you are within your rights to shoot them dead, no questions asked.

Out in the yard or driveway is a bit different, but no problem. You arm yourself and position yourself between the **** bird and his escape route. If they surrender and wait for the cops, fine. If they move toward you, you defend yourself by shooting them dead. Perfectly legal.

The law was written by state Senator H.L. Richardson decades ago. He was the founder of Gun Owner's of America. I'm surprised the La Raza left hasn't moved to change the law, but they haven't.

If it happens in the driveway or on the porch, drag them into the house.

Talking Cleaning computer screens

To all:

Our I.T. department has recently discovered that most computer screens
on the inside are covered with bacteria, dust, germs, and other elements
that can be dangerous to your health.

This is caused by a variety of reasons and it can prove to be a health
hazard for everyone that uses the computer.

The Center for Disease Control in San Francisco has said that this
problem can be as dangerous as cigarette smoking because of the time
that most of us are now spending on computers for work and personal
reasons.

Because of my concern for your health, I am providing you with this
Special Program link that can correct this fast growing potential Health
Problem.

Please click on this link to clean the inside of your screen:
