Built a little church for weddings and such...

 

Used to have an olympic size pool and slides.......

 

Only bad part was the 1hr + wait.......

 

12oz steak with all the trimmings.......

 

We went to Emeril's in Buckhead (atlanta) tonight. I think it was overrated, but the womern liked it.

 

had the...White Wine Steamed Black Mussels with House Made Italian Sausage, Tomatoes Pine Nuts and French Bread for appetizer
and the....Crispy Goat Cheese Cake with Baby Frisée, Kiln Dried Cherry Purée, Prosciutto Di Parma and White Balsamic Vinaigrette for salad
for entree the.... Kurobuta Pork Osso Buco with Rosemary Goat Cheese Smashed Potato, Baby Vegetables, Natural Jus and Gremolata........ and for dessert the....Grand Marnier chocolate souffle for dessert.....and like 3 white russians......

I'd rather eat at Stefan's off the Square

 

though emeril's was good....

was good as hell. really really good

 

the flavors worked well together as well as the textures

 

however if anyone lives around atlanta you should try Stefan's off the Square. Good eastern european food......some americanized stuff. but he is an awesome chef and a good guy.

 

fresh ingredients and he is obsessive about quality. The smoked pork sauerkraut soup is like my grandma made.....best soup i've ever had outside of home. the halusky and the pirogue are also awesome. the goulash is good and the steaks are like "i want to have sex with this steak" good.

 

the schnitzel is awesome, especially the veal schnitzel. of course the duck is good, the Slovaks can cook the hell out of some duck. awesome deserts too....real strudel and ****....awesome.

 

though the goulash is differnet than traditional hungarian preparation...but still good. way closer than the **** most people try to pass off as goulash.

We ate at the Buckhead brewery (in Atlanta) once on the company and had a list of items like that..

 

It was outrageously priced......

 

Good thing the company wanted us to eat well.....

and a endless supply of homemade brews.....

 

Stupid high $$ per person.........

 

It was not on my card so I did not mind it....

 

Ate at a steakhouse one time in Memphis that cut the steak and cooked it in front of you....Steak was $60 .......

 

Baked potatoe was $8 extra........LOL..

 

It was great but I enjoy one off the grill at home just as good........
