Look what followed me home

I was gifted this bike. It's an '80 or '81 GL1100 Interstate with 26k miles on the clock. She's old and needs work, but the bones are good. Could be a fun project. Just going to clean her up and get it running then go from there.
Don't have a lot of time or money to put into this project so for now just the bare minimum.

Fixed the photos. There is still a couple of artifacts left over from my lack of computer skills.
This is what what I eventually want to do

Certainly, you're not going to lose the stereo?

Yup. Keeping the CB radio as well. Just have to practice my CB lingo. Breaker, breaker good buddy, where's Smokie? Or something like that.

This is going to be a long road to where I want to end up. As the quote goes "the longest journey begins with a single step".
With all the fairings and accessories.

After removal of 115lbs (not including seat and faux tank) she is looking better already.
