It happens all the time at dealerships.
My dealer had a guy buy a CBR1000 last year, first bike, said he knew how to ride. He got 2 blocks away, then making a right turn he wheelied across 8 lanes, over the center divider, over a curb, through a hedge, then crashed into a new Avalon at the Toyota dealer. Bike totaled, he's off to the hospital.
