Hey surfer, no offense but I think the right coasters and winter guys may have more to cheer about than a beach boy. I mean I know you get around in your little deuce coup or little honda when not on your sloop john b.

But for those of us w/o a surfin safari, we dont wish they all could be california girls. But glad you're feeling the good vibrations out there in kokomo.

Haha, nice life at list you guy's know how to enjoy it, most people don't know what day have until they don't, miss it allot, had it similar in Oz - down under but today had to shovel one foot of snow of my big *** driveway and then heated the garage a bit and went to do some electrical stuff on one of the bikes, that was my fun day outdoors...

50 degrees !! Cold !? Are you kidding me ! That's a walk in the park for us real men. It dropped down to -1 or -2 last night. And I'm not talking in centigrade, I'm talking your language....Fahrenheit. That's cold.

NHL... Juniors....

Does this answer your question.. To make it even worst, we got crapped on by you guys. I guess the US decided to inject money in their hockey program. It's no longer as easy as it was a few years ago.

Pointe Claire is nice, but never get to that part of the city anymore.
I also see you have a thermostat war at home. I bring it down, she pushes it up. Never ends.

Hey flash, it may have got that cold (not sure where you found a F thermometer), but did you ride in those temps? Or maybe you were cowering under your toop?

Toop ??? I can't ride at this time of the year. The streets are snow filled from a huge storm about a week ago that dumped about 45cm in less then 24hrs, and, we've had a few smaller falls ever since. To top it off, weather channel predicts another 10-15cm's over night.
Secondly, we have a winter tire law up here. From December 15th to March 15th, you gotta run winter tires. And this, even if the streets are bone dry, and the weather is nice and warm, or else, take your wallet out, the cops will love you.

The funny thing about this, is every spring, many morons get caught riding before the date. For some reason, they think the cops will not notice them.

Wow, riding bans? Tire mandates? Glad I live in the land of the free. Although I dont agree with the no helmet laws. People even die in no helmet protest rides. But I still get to VTR year round with no tire chains. Salty tho.

Yeah, isnt toop how you say hat? It is according to the Mcenzie bros.

If you lived up here, you'd understand why we have tire laws. I do not agree with the original reason why they introduced the tire law, but understand it's purpose, and, it does make a difference when it snows, or ices up. Getting into an accident because some *** wipe can't drive with four season, or worst, summer tires in the dead of winter doesn't make any more sense to me.

McKenzie bros, toque is what they say, and that's between the 12th and 15th beer...

We have a similar law here... Albeit it has the little addition, of "if it is winter conditions"... So every year a week or two at the beginning, the cops are out, making money, and two or three corners later the towing companies are out making money pulling the asshats out of the ditch when they couldn't stop worth a damn...

I may not like laws in general, but this law makes sense... If you are driving on 80% ice, 15% snow, and the last 5% tarmac/gravel for the winter months, worn summertires just wont do, you are an unguided missile... And no, 4 seasons whatever crap tires isn't much better... There's a reason nordic tire manufacturers are good at making winter tires...
