I heard that yesterday my friend had a bad accident (head on with a car)with his bike. Last I heard he broke an arm, leg and his back. He is a good rider but from what I heard he went over the line into the path of the other vehicle.
Hoping for a good recovery preparing for the worst. everytime I think about it i want to puke.

 

Martin, Your friend is lucky to survive a head on. I hope he heals back to normal. What road did it happen on? My wife and I haven't managed to ride any San Diego County roads this year.

 

Tell him we are all thinking of him and hope he makes a full recovery...

 

Having just hit a deer, I'm also hoping he has a full and speedy recovery!

 

Having been defeated by the mighty gravel, I also hope he make 100% quick recovery! What gear was he riding with?

I hope he can get up in a few days as well as I was able to. Head on with a car has a lot of potential to end worse so he is lucky. I will pray for his recovery. I know that helped/helps me.
