Anyone ever deal with Swatt?

Is it just me or does their customer service suck big time? The reason I ask is I tried to order a set of clip ons. I placed an order on their website on 12\24.
I have a confirmation number but they never charged me and I haven't heard a word from them. I have e-mailed them 3 times and left between 5-8 phone messages and have received no reply.

Well I guess I'll just use the convert a bars that I have or try to find something else.

While their product does look nice, how the hell do they expect to stay in business??

Yep, their customer service sucks. Just search for Swatt on the forum.. Indierocker is out the cost of a set with nothing to show for them, and while I did get mine, it took forever (two months) and I had to call a few times to get them shipped.

If they had good customer service I would send more business their way, as would anyone. As it is, I can't recommend them.

I had a good experience with them, but it sounds like mine was not typical.

Yep, the quality is top notch. They just need to hire a office manager.
