Hi Duc is home now, i spend alot time riding today nice ride on the Duc it sounds diff and have its own character extremely loud and **** off w/Termignoni, not comfy flow around town eventho suspension super for street ride IMO, the rear and legs fried (today 93F), after 1h25m rode on HWay hands numb (i dont know may be age and physical thing)other than that i love it way throttle responded well balance doesnot feel heavy narrow seat low seat hight, speedo w/laps timer bike look small . So i got back on S-Hawk feel like riding on my lazy boy couch, the carb grunt of S-Hawk make me feel i can keep up w/Duc but red line 8500 rpm on Hawk compare to Duc closed to 12000rpm (speedo set more than 13000rpm) but at least for all the time and money that i put on S-hawk now make me feel not bad at all. 999 Duc dry clutch, 996 Honda wet they have their own characters. Anyway i couldnot resist this great deal just try to live once in my lifetime, i have to behave now my fiances of 15 years relationship really **** off 3 years 3 diff bikes i promise up and down this gona be last but... Benelly have new street fighter, Aprilia have new 90% V-twin...

I love the look and sound of the Ducs.... just don't know if I could handle the ergos.. maybe on a SS or Monster... but the supersports would be death here in NYC on the street... but I'd probably be happy just opening the garage everyday and seeing it sitting there... art on wheels.

Good luck with the bike...

I actually have a friend who's getting a Desmosedici RR; tentative arrival is late fall. I can't wait to see it.
