I have stick coils off a Triumph Daytona. Will it work. Not sure I will be able to sell them yet. I should be able to test my bike by Tuesday and confirm I don't need the coils.

Whats the year and engine size so i can look them up? And im confused... are you testing your bike with a pair installed or are you testing your bike to see if an attempt at installing them is necessary?

1998 Daytona 955i

I have not started trouble shooting yet.
The bike doesn't fire and it's throwing codes for all three injectors and the the coils. The PO said the injectors were rebuilt/recalibrated by a company in So-Cal and has receipts.

I am guessing it's a grounding problem, or a short in the wiring harness since the ECU code is for all three injectors and coils.

I picked up a second Daytona parts bike when one showed up, for the wiring harness. I don't think the coils on my good bike is toast , but wan't to make sure before I let go of the spare set from the parts bike.
