Looking for a OEM seat, condition less important as long as it's complete and not missing bits of foam. Can have some seam damage or cuts.

CHEAP is important as Im giving it away to a place that is looking at making a DIY recover / re-foam kit.

I have one I'm willing to give you, you pay shipping. What I want in return is whatever gets developed to recover/rebuild the seat if that makes sense.
