New seat cowl..$15..Honda OEM
Check this out-
eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

I scored a New OEM Honda Cowl for my 2004 Superhawk.
The best part is it was $15 + shipping.
All I need to do is sand it, primer , and paint it gloss black.
Cheap!

EDIT: There's another new one on Ebay right now for $10 if anyone needs one. 12/08/2011

I picked one up from that seller for my 2003, was definitely perfect OEM. When I queried with the seller as to why it seemed to be relished right after I won an paid for mine, they replied that they had several of them.

As a side note, the one I got from the Chinese seller had the same quality finish as OEM, but the fit wasn't quite the same.

Mine came out just Okay after painting.
It does not look mirror smooth and perfect like the rest of my bike though.
Just a picky bastard I suppose.
