WANTED: VTR1000F ECU or Lockset
Hi,
In need on an ECU for a 2005 VTR1000F. I've just bought a damaged VTR, but didn't get a key, and it has the HISS system. I believe all year ECU's fit but hoping someone can confirm any differences?
Consider also a complete lockset, to save my locksmith some work.

G'day mate.
I know the wiring loom is different between the models. The location of the ECU on the bike is different as well. I reckon you will need a later model ECU at a guess. My recollection is that they are different.
I do not recall seeing you on Ozfirestorm. My suggestion is to get on there, and meet up with some owners in your area. You can then check out the parts yourself.
I am only on this forum about once a week, but I get on Ozfirestorm regularly.
